Guidelines to Fill Out the Commission Form

Name: The buyer’s name, which the work will be addressed to.

Email: The buyer’s main contact information.

Pairing(s): The relationships/pairings/ships/OTPs the buyer wants the work to be centered on. Other characters may also be specified by the buyer. The characters may be original characters. Defaming characterizations of real-life celebrities or people might not be accepted.

The Brief: The springboard into the story. Elaborate on the general plotline and specify the course of the story. Please specify if you wish for the writer to formulate her own plotline.

Number of words: The length of the work. The limit of words may also be specified here so that the buyer is not charged a price above their limit. See below for prices.

Budget (USD): You may specify your budget for the commission.

Deadline: Note that the deadline should be reasonable according to the number of pages ordered. Please note that the writer might not complete the work by the deadline. The deadline is mainly used as a guidance, so that the writer knows when the buyer would be able to make the payment.

Contact Info: Here, the buyer can specify their preferred means of contacting, e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Email. The buyer should leave a link or an ID that can be contacted. It is highly recommended that the buyer provides a contacting platform that can be used to reach them easily.

Restrictions: Here, please specify the contents or topics that may trigger you and should not be included in the work, e.g. incest, BDSM, m-preg. If you wish for the work to omit sexual content, please state so.

Additional Comments: The buyer is more than welcome to leave any additional comments regarding the work.

Payment Info

Due to past conflicts, the new commission policy requires the buyer to pay at least 50% of the commission upfront, i.e. when the work has begun. This is because of past experience where the buyer is either unable to pay the commission once the work is done, or the buyer simply disappeared without making any payment. In some situations, the buyer takes long after the deadline to pay the commission. This results in wasted time and effort, which could have been spent on other commissions. For this reason, the buyer must pay 50% of the commission when the writer informs them that the work has begun. The remaining 50% will be paid when the work is delivered.

If the buyer wishes to make the entire payment upfront for some reasons, such as to save up on transfer fees, they can do so.

In the case where the work is not finished or delivered, the payment will be refunded to the buyer.

Private Commissions

If the buyer wishes for a private commission, please state so in the "Additional Comments" box. Otherwise, the work will be posted either as chapters or as a whole on the writer's AO3.
